1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of the product:

The product is invoiced and commercialised by Astreos SRL.
2. Nature of the purchase process
Orders are not processed automatically.
Each request submitted via the website is individually reviewed before confirmation.
A binding sale is concluded only once:
- An official invoice has been issued
- Full payment has been received
3. Pricing
Prices are indicated in EUR.
Prices are expressed:
- Excluding VAT (HT), unless stated otherwise
- VAT applied according to Belgian and EU regulations
Shipping costs may be specified separately where applicable.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed in full before shipment.
Accepted payment methods are indicated on the invoice.
No product is dispatched prior to confirmed payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery is handled by the Creator on behalf of Astreos SRL.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary.
Astreos SRL cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the product.
The product must be returned:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
7. Product responsibility
The Creator guarantees the quality and conformity of the product.
Astreos SRL acts as commercial entity and invoicing party.
8. Limitation of liability
Astreos SRL shall not be liable for indirect damages.
Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
