# Now

by Minutes Of Presence®

A one-minute ritual  to interrupt mental overload.

[Discover Now 60 "](https://www.minutesofpresence.com/now-60?hsLang=en)

## You don’t need more time.

You need one minute of clarity.

---

## We are not overwhelmed by time. **We are overwhelmed by noise.**

Decisions pile up.
Messages never stop.
Attention fractures.
And clarity disappears.

---

## There is a way to interrupt the noise.

Not by doing more.
Not by disconnecting.
Not by adding another tool.

**Just by stopping — for one minute.**

---

## **One minute — made visible.**

**This is not decoration.
This is a deliberate interruption.

You turn it.
You decide to stop.**

## **Before you turn it.**

**Now 60’’** makes this ritual possible.
Not by magic.
But by giving your decision a visible form.

Place it in front of you.
Keep it upright.
Let the minute remain visible.

This is not automatic.
You choose to stop.

**Don’t hide the decision from yourself.**
